Close to most popular tourists attractions.Located about 8.3km from South Beach/UShaka Marine World; 10.2Km from Ansteys Beach in Bluff, 7.6Km from Pavillion Shopping Centre, 4.9Km from Berea Centre, 5.8Km from Musgrave Centre, 10.7Km from Moses Mabhida, 42.7km from King Shaka International Airport. It’s an accredited student accommodation and hosts guests during December and January holidays. The space Four bedroom holiday home accommodating 7 people. Two standard bedrooms with queen size beds and aircon; en-suite bedroom partitioned into two rooms with single beds in each room and a bathroom which can be shared with everyone. One room located next to the lounge with a single bed. Enjoy the freedom of preparing home-cooked food in a fully equipped kitchen or you can order your food from different food outlets to be delivered to your door steps . Accommodation is suitable for family, group bookings, business or professional trips. No parties or events are allowed. The property consists of an outside building/cottage which takes a maximum of 2 people. Main gate is shared but entrances to buildings are separate. The cottage is booked separately from the main building. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the outside building unless they have booked it. Other things to note Property is secured with an alarm system linked to a 24 hour armed response. Daily cleaning service is not provided however this can be provided on request at an extra fee. The property is located in a residential area and along the road and guests should expect some traffic noise but enjoy a peaceful holiday. Though infants are welcomed, no crip bed or baby bathtub is provided. Property has steps leading to the kitchen and not suitable for wheelchair access. Parking provided is not undercover but very safe. The house has no pool but kids can access pool in nearby Durban beaches.
