The Villa is a perfect place to stay with family / friends.🏝️ The space The home was lovingly built with wooden floors, high ceilings, and details for a luxurious yet charming feel. Enjoy the resort and sea views from the pool and outdoor living areas.🏝️🥰 Upon, entering the professionally designed home; you will be greeted with a beautiful kitchen, designed by the owner, an award-winning chef. 👩‍🍳 As you stand in the kitchen, you will be taken away by the wall of panoramic glass doors that overlooks the outside living area, and private pool (protected with a safety fence if wanted). If you make your way down the hall, you will reach the first bedroom that will comfortably sleep two people. Continuing down the hall you arrive at the master suite. Designed and fitted to exceed your expectations. The room is arranged for comforting and spoiling the guests. The Villa is divided into two levels. The top-level of the Villa that you see in all the pictures, with the amazing views and private pool, and the ground floor level is an apartment that offers a home to the host of this property. Both levels have separate entrances, and separate driveways, which offers the guests complete privacy. The two homes do NOT have any shared spaces. The home is designed with lots of care and an eye for detail. Beautiful pieces of art and nature are included in the design, such as the eye-catcher chandelier of driftwood. Other services offered include: - WiFi - Alarm system - Smart TV/ Netflix - Beach towels - Yoga mat - Cooler/ice chest - Solar System We have updated our lovely home with a solar system, now the electricity is partially included, up to 25 kWh. a day. The 25 kWh is more than enough for normal usages of the home with AC during the night, with doors closed. At check out the surplus of electricity usage will be charged in cash. Water is included up to an average use of 0.5 m3 a day. Please note that water is very expensive in Curacao. If more water is used than the included 0.5 m3, then this will also be collected at check out. The price per 1 m3 = 12 XCG The owner of the house is one of Curacao's best chefs and may be booked for a private dining experience, please take note that reservations must be requested a few days in advance. Depending on availability this will be accommodated.
