You’ll enjoy your own private bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate entrance, plus access to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, chill-out lounge, and private pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens. I typically work indoors during the weekdays and have a private entrance, so guests have full privacy to enjoy the outdoor areas, pool, and kitchen at their leisure. I’m very easygoing, happy to chat or give you space depending on your vibe. 😊 🛏 YOUR PRIVATE ROOM - Spacious king-size bed with blackout curtains for a restful sleep. - Closet, full-length mirror, and a private working desk. - Strong air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi - In-room fridge for your snacks and drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with: - Electric stove, kettle, water dispenser, coffee machine & French press. - Pots, pans, utensils, plates, wine glasses. - Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. 🌴 CHILL OUT LOUNGE A beautiful, shaded space perfect for: - Morning coffee + jungle soundtrack. - Working remotely with a fresh breeze. - Evening glass of wine or cooking dinner under the stars. 🏊‍♂️ POOL & GARDEN Step out of your room straight onto the pool deck: - Two sunbeds, tropical beanbags, and lots of space to unwind. - Surrounded by lush greenery and tropical plants. - Outdoor shower and pool towels provided. - Quiet, peaceful vibes ideal for reading, lounging, or simply doing nothing at all. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Guests have private access to a spacious bedroom located right next to the pool, along with exclusive use of the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and lounge area. These spaces are reserved just for you, designed for comfort, relaxation, and privacy. While the main entrance to the villa is shared, the owner uses a separate back entrance to their private section of the house. This ensures minimal interaction unless you'd like to connect, the setup allows you to enjoy full privacy throughout your stay. You’re free to relax by the pool, cook meals, and unwind without disturbance. 🅿️ Free on-site parking is available 📷 CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance and at the back of the house for added security This is your peaceful retreat to enjoy - undisturbed and completely your own. During your stay I'm happy to engage in conversation if you'd like to connect but I also fully respect your privacy and space. I usually come and go throughout the day using my own back entrance, so you might not see me at all during your stay. Most mornings I’m out surfing or doing sports, and in the afternoons I work from my room (I follow European working hours), so I’ll mostly be indoors and quiet. If you have any questions or need tips about the area, I’m always happy to help - but if you prefer a more independent stay, that’s absolutely okay too. You can communicate through Rindi my villa manager who takes care of everything for you. Other things to note While Lombok is a rapidly growing tourism destination with great amenities, the island does occasionally experience island-wide power and internet outages. These interruptions are unfortunately outside of our control. Please rest assured that we immediately report any outage to PLN (the local electricity provider) and will keep you updated as soon as we receive information or estimated resolution times. Kuta is currently undergoing fast development, with many new roads, villas, and businesses being built. Because of this: - There may be construction noise in some areas during the day. - You may experience road dust, especially on windy days. - For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet when driving a scooter, as roads can be busy and dusty during construction periods.
