With three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, Villa Syariah Kirei is the ideal place to gather with family and beloved friends. Our house also have four bathrooms, two kitchen, BBQ area, and spacious parking space. Feel free to make yourself feel at home :) Other things to note Bedroom arrangement: 1. Master bedroom: King size bed + floor mattress queen size 2. Room 2: Queen size bed + floor mattress 120 x 200 3. Room 3: Queen size bed Toiletries are provided by us. Kitchen tools, plate, glass, spoons, and forks are provided by us. Basic spices, sugars, and tea are provided by us. Water dispenser is provided by us. House rules: 1. Villa Syariah Kirei is specifically for families but groups of friends are allowed to stay provided that all group members of the opposite sex and who are not married are not allowed to stay in the same room. 2. When checking in, residents are expected to be willing to leave one identity card with our staff while staying overnight at Villa Syariah Kirei. 3. Residents are prohibited from holding irresponsible and loud parties after 10 pm so as not to disturb the comfort of neighbors around the house. 4. Parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the carport and garage 5. Please remove shoes in front of the entrance and arrange them neatly on a shelf. Residents will be provided with slippers during activities inside the house. 6. Residents are prohibited from moving or taking decorations/items/property inside the house. If there is damage or loss, it will be the occupant's responsibility to replace it. 7. Residents are prohibited from smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor courtyard area. 8. Residents are prohibited from bringing alcohol and illegal drugs within the Villa Syariah Kirei area. Residents who violate narcotics regulations will receive sanctions according to state regulations. 9. Residents are strictly prohibited from committing immoral acts such as prostitution or other things. 10. Villa Syariah Kirei is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that residents may experience while staying at our house. Peraturan Villa: 1. Villa Syariah Kirei dikhususkan untuk keluarga tetapi group of friends diperbolehkan menginap dengan catatan seluruh anggota rombongan yang berlawanan jenis dan belum menikah tidak boleh menginap di kamar yang sama. 2. Saat check in, penghuni diharapkan bersedia untuk meninggalkan satu kartu identitas kepada petugas kami selama bermalam di Villa Syariah Kirei. 3. Penghuni dilarang untuk mengadakan pesta yang tidak bertanggung jawab dan bersuara keras di atas jam 10 malam agar tidak mengganggu kenyamanan tetangga di sekitar rumah. 4. Parkir maksimal 3 mobil di carport dan garasi 5. Sepatu harap dilepas di depan pintu masuk dan ditata dengan rapih dalam rak. Penghuni akan disediakan sendal selama berkegiatan di dalam rumah. 6. Penghuni dilarang untuk memindahkan atau mengambil dekorasi/barang/properti di dalam rumah. Apabila terdapat kerusakan atau kehilangan, maka akan menjadi tanggung jawab penghuni untuk mengganti. 7. Penghuni dilarang untuk merokok di dalam rumah. Merokok diperbolehkan di area halaman luar rumah. 8. Penghuni dilarang untuk membawa minuman alkohol dan obat-obatan terlarang di lingkungan Villa Syariah Kirei. Penghuni yang melanggar peraturan narkotika akan mendapatkan sanksi sesuai peraturan negara. 9. Penghuni dilarang keras untuk melakukan perbuatan asusila seperti prostitusi atau lainnya. 10. Villa Syariah Kirei tidak bertanggung jawab untuk kecelakaan, cedera, atau sakit yang mungkin dialami penghuni selama menginap di rumah kami.
