Welcome to our 140-square-metre cottage, located in the heart of a former vineyard estate adjacent to our house. As passionate winemakers, we would be delighted to introduce you to our profession through a tour/tasting of the estate, which you can book in advance. Set in a quiet location in the heart of the countryside, this cottage can accommodate up to 8 people and provides an ideal base for exploring the Pays des Pierres Dorées, with its charming villages, sun-kissed landscapes and culinary delights. The space 🏡 A warm and comfortable setting - Spacious 140 m² house - Sheets provided and beds made upon arrival - Two separate WCs, one on each floor - Free and unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the property - Essentials provided: - Dishwashing liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets - Some garbage bags - Toilet paper for the start of the stay 👩‍🍳 A fully equipped living room The kitchen open to the indoor terrace includes: - Dishwasher - Oven, microwave, - American fridge - Water boiler, toaster - Nespresso coffee maker + drip coffee maker - All the essentials for cooking Raclette grills, crepe maker and pierrade (stone grill) for gourmet evenings The living area also has a living room with a smart TV. 🍽️ A large indoor terrace with an open-air café feel A friendly space perfect for sharing moments with family or friends: - Summer kitchen with plancha - Darts games - Warm and bright atmosphere - Wood-burning stove for cozy evenings (wood provided) The rest of the accommodation is heated by electric radiators, ensuring optimal comfort in any season. 🍃 Outdoor Area An unfenced outdoor area is also available to you, with a picnic table to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the landscapes of the Beaujolais. 🛏️ The sleeping area Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit A separate bathroom with a corner bathtub and double sink completes the upstairs area Bath towels are not provided. 👶 Family-friendly amenities To make your stay with children easier, we can provide you with: - Pack 'n play/Travel crib - High chair Guest access 🚗 Convenient and accessible Private parking for up to 4 cars The key box allows you to check in whenever you like, but we are always happy to welcome you in person.
