Our luxury Digital Nomads sea view villa is located in the villa zone of Balchik and offers an exceptional co-living/co-working experience for medium stay. The villa features five private bedrooms and shared living spaces, providing both privacy and community. In the spacious garden is a large heated pool of 10x5 meters. The 2-4 bed configuration per room also makes the villa ideal for nomad families, couples and friends. High speed internet and work setups are available. The space Our luxurious 3-story Digital Nomads villa overlooking the sea in the villa district of Balchik offers an exceptional co-living experience. The villa features five private bedrooms and shared living spaces, providing both privacy and community. The 2-4 bed configuration of the villa per room is mainly used by singles but is also ideal for nomad families, couples and friends. If the villa is fully occupied, it has a community of 5 to up to 14 like minded people. The shared large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for socializing and cooking together. The third floor has a wide hallway with a foosball table that also serves as a small pool/air hockey table, and there are three spacious balconies with stunning sea views. The villa's private garden has a large 10x5 meter heated pool, terraces, a pergola dining area, barbecues, sun loungers and space to park at least 3 cars. Designed with digital nomads in mind, this coliving/coworking villa is ideal for medium term rentals. The villa offers several workspaces including large tables in the living room, an additional desk in the hall on the third floor, one of the balconies and outdoor seating by the pool or under the pergola. High speed wifi is available throughout the property so you stay connected. For longer stays (30+ days) we can facilitate a private agency in (some of) the bedrooms, at a small extra charge (+- €100, depending on your wishes). Each of the five bedrooms sleeps at least two and features storage closets, access to the balcony, sea views and air conditioning. Some larger rooms are equipped with chairs, sun loungers or sofas. Three of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and two have both a bath and a shower. A washing machine is available free of charge so you can easily do your laundry. Room 3 is located on the 2nd floor, is 12 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a shared bathroom opposite the hallway (shower, toilet and sink). It has a queen size bed (160cm wide, 200cm long).
