This modern 3-bedroom villa is built on two levels and has 400 square meters of living space. It features a private pool, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and two living rooms. Each bedroom and living room has a flat-screen TV. The villa is located in the Grand View Residences estate and is close to Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket and Blue Tree Amusement Park. There is a good cafe in the estate and a tennis/padel club nearby. Our staff will be on call to assist with any quiries during stay. The space There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. And there is a second living room room on the upper floor where an inflatable mattress for 1 more person can be set up. Other things to note Please note that a 300 USD, or equivalent in other currency, security deposit is collected in cash at check-in. It will be returned at check-out after inspection of the property. We include 100 units of electricity per night in price. This is more than the average usage at full occupancy. If you use more electricity during stay, cost of the extra units will be deducted from the security deposit (6 Baht per unit).
