Kitchen: It is fully equipped with a quality gas stove, range hood, confectionary oven, and dishwasher accompanied by a quality fridge, microwave oven, kettle, bread toaster with decent stainless steel pots, non-stick fry pans, and cutlery. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are contemporary and clean-lined with areas and frameless showers that create a sense of well-being in your private space. Basic toiletries include a hair dryer, hand & body wash. ***Early check-in or late check-out It is not always possible for early check-in or late check-out. But we will do the best to accommodate. Other things to note 1🚭 No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house. Late Check-Out or Early Check-in Fee: $25/half hour If you'd like to extend your stay beyond the standard check-out time, you're welcome to do, but you need to contact us first, we need to check our booking schedules if there is no booking on the same day. This fee helps us manage housekeeping schedules and ensure a seamless transition for the next guests. 4. Delivery a swipe and room key : charge $50 per delivery If you forget your key in the apartment and cannot get in the building, and need our staff to open the door for you, It will charge $50 per delivery. 5. Lost Key Fee: $350 In the unfortunate event of a lost key, this fee covers the cost of replacing and rekeying the lock and fob to ensure the security of our property and the safety of future guests.
