The apartment of approximately 65 square metres, located on the ground floor of a recently renovated contemporary villa, consists of an open space with living room, kitchenette with a peninsula and a dining area. The small but cosy bedroom will give you moments of comfortable and serene rest with its soft colours. The sofa in the living room converts, if necessary, into a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom, with its dark tones and floral motifs, has a large, comfortable shower with a rain-effect shower head. A secluded 60-square metre courtyard overlooking the river is for the exclusive use of guests. At the foot of palm trees and under the foliage of a pittosporum, you will find a small lounge where you can read and rest and a mini whirlpool, heated all year round, to regenerate yourself after a long day, sipping a glass of wine surrounded by bubbles and coloured lights. A comfortable table for lunch or dinner during long summer evenings. From the private courtyard you can access a small storage room used as a laundry. If you love water, you can also make enjoy the beautiful 3.60 x 8.00 metre salted pool in the villa's garden, hosting a large solarium with sun loungers, parasols and sofas. Please note that the pool is shared with the owner family living on the upper floor of the house. The flat also includes a dedicated parking space in the courtyard, with charging station for electric cars (wallbox) available for the guest. Guest access Guests have free access to the entrance courtyard and pool area. Other things to note If you are travelling without a car, using only public transport, the house is located right in the centre of the village and a few steps away from the train station and the ferry dock, making it very easy to reach. Just 100 meters away from the house you will find a small supermarket and a bakery. The villa, recently renovated, has been designed with the most modern energy saving systems and use of renewable energy. The underfloor heating and cooling system is powered by a heat pump that uses groundwater present in the subsoil.
