Ideal for holidaymakers and business travelers. Completed in 2023, the apartment impresses with high-quality furnishings, a clean, modern design and a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living and dining area is compact and thoughtfully designed, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. The separate bed nook (140 cm wide) provides a comfortable sense of separation and added privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Pots, pans, as well as salt, pepper, vinegar and oil are also provided. The sleeping area is cozy and ensures restful nights. Additional pillows are available to enhance your comfort. The bathroom is modern and features a walk-in shower. A special highlight is the balcony – perfect for relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day. Guest access During your stay, the entire apartment is exclusively available to you. There are no shared living areas with other guests. Access to the building and the apartment is provided via a key safe with a personal access code, which you will receive before your arrival. There is no traditional in-person key handover, allowing you to arrive flexibly and independently. For bicycles, a locked bicycle storage room in the neighboring building is available and can be used by all our guests. Access is step-free and via an elevator. You will also find a bike service station with tools for small repairs and an electric compressor for inflating tires – ideal if you plan to explore the Lake Constance cycle path. Behind the building there is also a small, quiet green area that can be used by residents and guests. A nice little place to relax for a moment or enjoy some fresh air after a day at Lake Constance. Other things to note Check-in is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and is conveniently handled via a key safe with a personal access code, which you will receive from us in good time before your arrival. Check-out on the day of departure is by 10:00 am, so that we have sufficient time for thorough cleaning and preparation of the apartment for the next guests. An earlier check-in or a later check-out is generally possible, but only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee, as this involves additional organizational effort for our cleaning team. • Early check-in from 2:00 pm: €50 • Late check-out until 12:00 pm: €50 Unfortunately, we are unable to offer luggage storage before arrival or after departure. We kindly ask for your understanding. Cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority for us. Our cleaning team thoroughly cleans the apartment after every stay. Bed linen and one set of fresh towels per guest are, of course, provided. You can find the Wi-Fi access details directly in your Airbnb booking. They are also included in your personal digital guest guide and clearly displayed in the apartment. Please also note that the parking space in the underground garage is a multiparker system. The following technical restrictions apply to this parking system: • max. vehicle length: 5.00 m • max. vehicle width: 2.05 m • max. vehicle weight: 2,300 kg Very large or particularly heavy vehicles may therefore not be able to use this parking space. In this case, paid parking is available just a few steps away in the public “Parkhaus am See” parking garage. Please note that during your stay there is no automatic change of bed linen or towels, no interim cleaning, and no replenishment of consumable supplies. If you would like additional services during your stay, such as intermediate cleaning or fresh bed linen and towels, we are happy to arrange these as an additional service for an extra fee. These services can easily be booked via your personal digital guest guide. To help you feel comfortable from the very beginning, we also provide a basic supply of consumables, including: • shampoo, shower gel and soap • dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs • laundry detergent • a few coffee capsules for the first morning • a selection of different teas • baking paper • a basic supply of toilet paper and kitchen roll • garbage bags In addition, the city of Friedrichshafen charges a tourist tax (Kurtaxe). This tax must be paid by private leisure travelers and is set by the city of Friedrichshafen. Business travelers are exempt from this tax. In return, you will receive the digital Echt Bodensee Card. With this guest card, you can use public transport in the Lake Constance–Upper Swabia region free of charge during your stay and benefit from numerous discounts on leisure activities and attractions around Lake Constance.
