The studio offers you a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare a rich breakfast or delicious meals after a day full of adventure. In the bathroom, a rain shower awaits you – perfect for relaxing after hiking or cycling. The king-size bed invites you to cuddle and sleep relaxed. A crib can be added at any time. Near the studio is the river "Mosel" with its steep vineyards (10 km), Lake Laach (15 km), the historic cities of Mayen (10 km) and Koblenz (25 km) are easy to reach by car or bike. All supermarkets are a 5-minute bike ride away and the center of Polch is a 5-minute walk away. Near the studio are some playgrounds and hiking trails. Outside in front of the house, you can have a cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning. The courtyard is also shared with other vacation guests. Where the low mountain range of the Eifel merges into the Moselle Valley lies the plateau of the Maifeld - a very different landscape compared to its neighbors: wide, fertile fields cover the gently undulating hills like a patchwork quilt, only occasionally interrupted by hedges and small villages and surrounded by the deeply incised, wooded valleys of Elzbach and Nette.
