This lovely 4 bedroomed property, with a private swimming pool, is set in a quiet and picturesque location, conveniently situated between the vibrant market towns of Civray and Ruffec. Both offer a good choice of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, local culture and medical facilities. The pretty village of Lizant with its’ artisan boulangerie and pizza restaurant is also just 4km away. Our inviting space comprises of 4 bedrooms with private pool. 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with a mezzanine area over looking the lounge. Kitchen diner and 2 separate lounge areas with 2 bathrooms. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests. Relax in the welcoming lounge, with French doors that open out alongside our pool. Equipped with a large flat screen TV with French and UK channels for your entertainment needs. Fast Broadband and WiFi. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. Also with traditional log burning stove which keeps the property warm and cozy during colder months. Outside in the enclosed garden is a 10m x 5m swimming pool and a pool house. There is a barbecue area and plenty of choice for sun or shade Limoges and Poitiers international airports are only an hour by car. Paris and Bordeaux are also easily accessible by Frances super fast TGV trains. Paris is a little under 2 hours and Bordeaux an hour.
