Farm Guesthouse with Yurt

With us, two worlds come together: the Netherlands and Mongolia. Our passion? Sharing Mongolian culture with you here in East Groningen. The space Discover the tranquility and nature of East Groningen with a stay in our unique guest house with yurt, located in the beautiful Wedde, Westerwolde, just 10 kilometers from the German border. Enjoy the perfect combination of comfort and adventure at our place. The Farm Guesthouse: The living room: A cozy, bright living room overlooking the front garden and driveway. Equipped with a 3-seater sofa, a 1.5-person bed (for example 1 (smaller) adult or 1 or 2 children - mattress 185cm x 120cm), a record player, a whiskey cabinet, (photo) books about Mongolia, board games and much more to discover during your stay. The (living) kitchen: Next to the living room is the living kitchen. This modest kitchen is full of comforts, including a microwave, dishwasher, (bean) coffee maker, kettle, fridge (without freezer), induction hob, kitchen utensils, and more. There is also a round dining table with chairs and a sofa bed. Bedrooms: Through the utility room, you enter the sleeping area, which used to be the horse stable. Now transformed into 2 comfortable bedrooms. In 1 bedroom, among other things: 1 x double bed, 1 x guest bed (foldable), storage chest, wardrobe, bedside table and a mirror. In the other bedroom, 2 x single beds, 1 x extra bed (foldable), wardrobe, nightstands and mirror. Sanitary facilities: In the kitchen you will also find the sanitary area. Small but nice, as we say. The shower and toilet room is equipped with all the necessities: toilet, (rain) shower, sink with mirror and a hairdryer. The Yurt: Behind our farm, we have furnished an attractive yurt on a plot of 350 m², ideal for really going back-to-basic. The yurt features comfortable beds, a small kitchen, sitting area, dining table, music corner and a wood burning stove. Bed linen is always fresh, and for cold nights, extra blankets and an electric heater are available. There is no sewage system at the yurt, but there is a clean compost toilet and an outdoor shower (cold water). For guests who still need modern sanitary facilities, the guesthouse offers the solution.
