No Parties or Loud Music: Parties with loud music are strictly prohibited 🚫 as the property is located in a residential area. We kindly ask our guests to turn down the music and keep noise levels low by 10:00 PM. If any parties are found taking place on the property, a $500 cleaning fee and a $1,000 penalty will be deducted from your deposit, and immediate eviction will follow. 2. Noise Complaints: Any noise complaints from our neighbors after 10:00 PM will result in an additional $1,000 penalty being deducted from your deposit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, and there's plenty of street parking available. If you're bringing a young baby and need a portable cot or high chair, just let us know, and we’ll ensure you have everything you need. The spaces are private, and the apartment is fully self-contained, located right in the heart of Mosman. Other things to note No parties or loud music allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the neighborhood. This is a no-smoking home. House Rules 1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house. Please smoke outside and ensure all cigarette butts are disposed of in a responsible manner. 2. No parties or events: This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted at any time. Violating this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund. 3. Noise restrictions: Respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances are allowed at any time. 4. Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior approval. If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know in advance. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and ensuring no damage is done to the property. 5. Cleaning and rubbish disposal: Please leave the house tidy and dispose of all rubbish in the designated bins. Any rubbish that exceeds the bin capacity must be taken out by the guest before check-out. 6. No additional overnight guests: Only the number of guests listed in your booking is permitted to stay overnight. Any extra guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay. 7. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be pre-arranged. 8.
