Beautiful 2-room independent in a green park

Welcome to your peaceful retreat on the highest hill in Vienna. Here you can relax in peace with a breathtaking view of the Pilat massif. Immersed in a green setting, you will have the pleasure of enjoying the countryside while being a 15-minute walk from Vienna's Ancient Theater and a 20-minute walk from the city center. The property is located in an outbuilding of our property, it is completely independent. The space Charming 2 rooms totally renovated in an old farmhouse. The accommodation is located in an annex of our house and has a private entrance. On the sleeping side, you will enjoy an independent bedroom with a double bed (160x200). Guests can enjoy an extra bed in the living room thanks to the sofa bed (140x200). Towels & Bedlinen are included The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, citrus press and Nespresso coffee maker. A starter kit (coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets) is provided. A washer/ dryer is available in the bathroom, as well as a hair dryer. If you are coming with toddlers, a high chair, a changing table, potty, plastic bathtub, as well as an umbrella bed at your disposal upon request. Guests can enjoy a private exterior where garden furniture and BBQ await. The pool, shared with the owners will be accessible in summer season until 6pm. Pool towels are not provided. Guest access The apartment is fully at your disposal. The entrance is self-contained, you have a lockbox at the entrance for the gate beep and another for the key to the accommodation. Other things to note Vienna is an ideal holiday destination. You can discover the cultural riches of the city dating back to the Gallo-Roman period (Ancient Theater, Temple of Auguste & Livie, Gallo-Roman Museum...), the Jazz festival in Vienna between mid-June and the end of July or discover the prestigious vineyards of the Rhone Valley (Côte Rôtie, Saint Joseph, Condrieu...), the Cité du Chocolat in Valrhona (ideal with children), the city of Lyon, the Peaugres safari, while taking advantage of the idyllic setting of our house. The via Rhôna connecting Geneva to Marseille is a stop in Vienna. Multiple hikes on foot, biking or mountain biking are possible around the house. You are 40 minutes from the Pilat massif and 1.5 hours from the Alps.
