Other things to note Please be advised that the clubhouse pool is currently not operational as of this season. You can have access to our framed pool in the backyard. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take note of the following house rules: - Check-in / Check-out: Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 NOON - Late check-out is subject to approval and may incur additional fees. - Cleanliness Please wash all used dishes, utensils, and cookware before checkout. A ₱250 cleaning fee applies for unwashed items. - Dispose of trash properly. Please keep the living room, the entire house, the backyard, and the framed pool area clean at all times. - Furniture and appliances must not be moved. - Remotes & personal items All remote controls must be returned to their original place. - Please do not leave slippers, shoes, or sandals outside, as dogs roam around the area and may take or damage them. - Griller The griller may be used by guests. Please clean it after use, dispose of ashes properly once cooled, and never leave it unattended. - Smoking & prohibited activities Smoking is not allowed inside the house. - Gambling is not allowed. - The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. - Noise & neighbors Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. - Guests & gatherings Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Big parties and events are not permitted. - Pets Pets are allowed with prior approval only. One (1) pet only, with a maximum weight of 20 lbs. We charge P200 pesos as pet fee. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guests must clean up after their pets at all times. - Safety & utilities Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. -Turn off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when not in use. ❗Disobeying house rules may incur an additional ₱300 cleaning fee and other applicable charges. Check-in details will be sent prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry.
