Welcome to our cozy and modern 65 m² apartment with a spacious 15 m² terrace in Sulingen! This stylish place has everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether it's for a short trip or a longer vacation. The apartment is quiet yet centrally located in Sulingen, ideal for excursions into the surrounding nature or to explore the city. Shopping, restaurants and numerous leisure activities are within easy reach. The space Apartment amenities: Living room: Relax on the cozy sofa bed while streaming your favorite shows or movies on the SMART TV. Entertainment is also provided by a PlayStation 4 including games. Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals – from cookware to modern appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave and a coffee machine. Dining area: The spacious dining area invites you to enjoy convivial meals and offers plenty of space for evenings together. Bedroom: The apartment has two bedrooms. One is equipped with two single beds, the other with a cozy double bed – perfect for up to 4 people. Bathroom: The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine and offers enough space for all guests. Terrace: The 15 m² terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing. An electric grill is also available to enjoy cozy barbecues outdoors. Amenities: Free Wi-Fi and a total of three smart TVs provide digital entertainment. On request, we provide a baby travel cot and high chair free of charge. If needed, we can also provide toys for your children – families are welcome here! Outdoor activities & surroundings: A playground is only 100 meters away and ideal for families with children. The sports park in the countryside is a 5-minute walk away and invites you to take walks or do sports activities. In just 300 meters you can reach bakeries, REWE, LIDL and other shopping facilities. In the center of Sulingen you will find various restaurants that offer culinary variety. For families, the children's play paradise Ballorig is about 1.5 km away. Popular nearby getaways: Ströhen Zoo (25 km) – A wonderful place for animal lovers and families. Canoe rental on the Aue and draisine rental near the zoo. EFMK (European Center for Moor and Climate) – only 500 m away. The historic moor railway is 250 m away and offers exciting insights into the moor landscape. For music lovers, the Reload Festival is only 3 km away. Sulingen swimming pool and nearby Dümmer Lake (35 km) offer opportunities for swimming, sailing or hiking. Parking is right outside the door, so you can safely park your car. The apartment is on the upper floor and is therefore quiet and shielded from the surroundings.
