At the end of the street you will find 1 farm animal park, 1 children's playground and a large body of water. It is located in 1 quiet residential neighborhood on the route of the Via Allier bike route, close to the Zenith d'Auvergne (6 km), Gondole Castle (4 km), at the foot of the Auvergne Volcanoes Park, and less than 30 minutes from downtown Clermont-Ferrand. The space You will have: - An independent entrance - Free parking - An outdoor area with terrace equipped with garden furniture, not overlooked The apartment includes a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and a bedroom with double bed.
