At the end of the street you will find 1 farm animal park, 1 children's playground and a large body of water. It is located in a quiet residential area on the route of the Via Allier cycle route, close to the Zenith d'Auvergne (6 km), the Château de Gondole (4 km), at the foot of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, and less than 30 minutes from downtown Clermont-Ferrand. The space You will have: - An independent entrance - Free parking - An outdoor area with terrace equipped with garden furniture, not overlooked The apartment includes a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and a bedroom with double bed.
