Imagine stepping into this light-flooded apartment and enjoying the rural atmosphere of the quaint farm. Feel free to use the free parking behind the house. The studio offers you a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare a rich breakfast or delicious meals after a day full of adventure. In the bathroom, a rain shower awaits you – perfect for relaxing after hiking or cycling. The king-size bed invites you to cuddle and sleep relaxed. A crib can be added at any time. This place is ideal for you if you love hiking, swimming and cycling, castles, palaces, boat trips and nature. The studio is also suitable for small families. A selection of games, as well as a smart TV, keep your evenings cozy. Near the studio is the river "Mosel" with its steep vineyards (10 km), Lake Laach (15 km), the historic cities of Mayen (10 km) and Koblenz (25 km) are easy to reach by car or bike. All supermarkets are a 5-minute bike ride away and the center of Polch is a 5-minute walk away. Near the studio are some playgrounds and hiking trails. Outside in front of the house, you can have a cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning. The courtyard is also shared with other vacation guests. Where the low mountain range of the Eifel merges into the Moselle Valley lies the plateau of the Maifeld - a very different landscape compared to its neighbors: wide, fertile fields cover the gently undulating hills like a patchwork quilt, only occasionally interrupted by hedges and small villages and surrounded by the deeply incised, wooded valleys of Elzbach and Nette. It's not just hiking dreams that come true here! Experience the Maifeld by bike on our Maifeld bike path or stroll past old farms and historic buildings on a city tour through Münstermaifeld! There is a key box that allows you to check in 24 hours. Of course, we are happy to welcome you personally and show you our old farm from 1892. You can park right in front of the house on the street (please leave a parking disc). If you park in front of the house, go through the green gate and you'll find your apartment on the left side of the courtyard. Here is a staircase. Above the stairs is your apartment Sunflower on the right side. The second option for parking is behind the house. Follow the signs for "Parkplatz Bauernschmause." You first drive into Buchenweg, then right into Tannenweg and then you arrive behind the barn at the adjacent fields. Park your vehicle. You now have to go through the barn into the courtyard. Your apartment is on the right side of the courtyard. Here is a staircase. Above the stairs is your apartment Sunflower on the right side. It is easiest if you park on the street when you arrive, unload your things and then we will show you the parking space behind the house :) Other things to note On the farm there are other apartments such as the "Studio in rustic farm idyll" (2 people)"Rose Petal" (4 people), "Grain Store" (6 people) Depending on the occupancy, these can be booked together. We live with our children and my parents on the 3-generation farm and look forward to welcoming nice guests.
