Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, freestanding electric stovetop/oven, microwave, Delonghi Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), toaster, kettle, slow cooker, electric frypan, food processor. Dining table with 6 chairs, baby high chair, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, living room area with 4 seater lounge, 1 single seater, TV, blue tooth speaker, X Box - no games used as DVD player. Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer, clothes airer. Covered front patio with outdoor setting and excellent sea views. Flat top BBQ plus Weber Kettle. Fish cleaning facility. Dog friendly - not fenced - A $100 refundable pet bond will apply - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking.
