The large living area has a dining area as well as a sofa corner, satellite TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, Bluetooth box with radio and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, capsule machine, kettle, toaster, induction stove, waffle iron. The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m without footboard) and one with two single beds. In all beds you sleep on the current Stiftung Warentest test winner mattress and two pillow formats are available. All bedrooms have blackout blinds. Bed linen is included. The apartment is equipped with two modern shower bathrooms. There is a hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. In the utility room, washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. Towels are included. The apartment has underfloor heating. The apartment has a large balcony with seating and a parasol. A large, mostly fenced garden area with beach chair and loungers is also available. Fly screens are available throughout the apartment. We are located in an agricultural area, where you can wake up in the morning idyllically to the crowing of the rooster. Dogs are more than welcome with us. We have been awarded four stars by the DTV paw certification. The location in the middle of nature is great for walks with the four-legged friends. The apartment has a staircase guard on the balcony and soon a fully fenced, large garden. There are two dog beds and bowls available. Blankets and towels are also provided. Please note that chickens move freely on the property. North Frisia offers children a lot to experience and discover on vacation. The location of the apartment is ideal for exciting excursions and also offers the tranquility that makes a vacation. For children there are: stair protection on the balcony, a children's travel cot with changing mat, a fall protection, a high chair, a step, children's tableware, a variable bed (as a single, double or as "with the parents bed") and socket fuses in the small room. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, swing and play tower. The garden and the pond will be completely fenced in a timely manner. Other things to note The apartment has fiber optic Internet. Wi-Fi is included. There is a charging station for electric cars. (There is a separate cost for this.) The apartment has its own car parking spaces. Bicycles can be parked and charged by arrangement. Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out is by 10:30 am. Barbecuing is allowed and a grill is available. An exercise bike as well as a vibration plate and a stepper are available on request. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Swimming areas and dog areas are easily accessible from the apartment by bike or car. The nearest shops and restaurants are a few minutes away by car in Hattstedt and Schobüll.
