The large living area has a dining area as well as a sofa corner, satellite TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, Bluetooth speaker with radio, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, capsule machine, kettle, toaster, induction stove, and waffle iron. The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m without footboards) and one with two single beds. In all beds, you will sleep on the current Stiftung Warentest test-winning mattress, and two pillow sizes are available. All bedrooms have room-darkening shades. Bed linen is included. The apartment is equipped with two modern bathrooms with showers. Each has a hair dryer and a makeup mirror. A washing machine and dryer are available for free in the utility room. Towels are included. The apartment has underfloor heating. The apartment has a large balcony with seating and a parasol. A large, fenced-in garden area with a beach chair and loungers is also available. Fly screens are available throughout the apartment. We are located in an agricultural area, where you can be woken up in the morning in a very idyllic way by the crowing of a rooster. Dogs are more than welcome here. We were awarded four stars by the DTV Paw Certification. The location in the middle of nature is great for walks with your four-legged friends. The apartment has a stair gate on the balcony and will soon have a large, fully fenced garden. Two dog beds and bowls are available. Blankets and towels are also provided. Please note that chickens roam freely on the property. North Frisia offers children plenty to experience and discover on vacation. The location of the apartment is ideal for exciting excursions and also offers the tranquility that makes a vacation special. The following are available for children: a stair gate on the balcony, a travel cot with changing pad, a potty, a bed rail, a high chair, a step stool, children's tableware, an adjustable bed (as a single bed, double bed or as a "bed next to the parents' bed") and socket covers in the small room. In the garden, there is play equipment with a sandbox, slide, swing and play tower. The garden and the pond are completely fenced in. A fitness room with an exercise bike, cross trainer, jumping fitness trampoline and vibration plate can also be used. Other things to note The apartment has fiber optic Internet. Wi-Fi is included. There is a charging station for electric cars. (There is a separate cost for this.) The apartment has its own car parking spaces. Bicycles can be parked and charged by arrangement. Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out is by 10:30 am. Barbecuing is allowed and a grill is available. An exercise bike as well as a vibration plate and a stepper are available on request. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Swimming areas and dog areas are easily accessible from the apartment by bike or car. The nearest shops and restaurants are a few minutes away by car in Hattstedt and Schobüll.
