Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment above Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler! On 66 m² you will find a bright, modern apartment with its own south-facing loggia and barbecue facilities - perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of Ahr wine. Hiking trails to the Red Wine Hiking Trail and the Eifelleiter start right outside the door. It is only 25 minutes to the Nürburgring. We are your hosts on site and are happy to help with insider tips. The space Our apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Königsfeld in the Eifel, on a hill above the Ahr Valley. It has its own entrance and offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday on 66 m². The centrepiece is the spacious south-facing loggia - ideal for breakfast in the morning sun, for cosy barbecue evenings or simply for relaxing with a view of the countryside. The apartment consists of: • Bright living area with sofa bed (2 additional beds) • Cozy bedroom with double bed • Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, everything there!) • Modern shower room • Dining area for 4 people Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linen, towels and final cleaning – all included, no hidden costs. For families: We are happy to provide a cot and high chair. Your dog is welcome by arrangement. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself - with your own, separate entrance. This includes the south loggia with garden furniture and barbeque. Free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note A few things in advance: Please note: The bathroom has a sloping roof - from about 1.85 m height the showering becomes a bit sporty. We communicate this openly because honesty is important to us! Königsfeld is a small village - the nearest large supermarket is about 8 km away in Bad Neuenahr, or in Niederzissen. However, there is also a small self-sufficient market in the village. If you don't have your own car: We are happy to organise a shuttle from Sinzig, Remagen or Bad Neuenahr station! We live in the same house and are available at any time for questions - but of course only if you want to.
