Welcome to our charming abode the ‘The Heavenly Haven! A place were comfort and entertainment is the top priority for our guests. As you step inside, the comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, functional bathrooms, spacious alfresco area, and the lush garden area will surely bring a smile to your face. Our home is where your heart finds comfort, and cherished memories are made with the people you enjoy your experiences with. The space ♡ Bedroom 1 ♡ This room has a queen bed with extraordinary side tables with bed lamps. A wardrobe is attached and will easily allow 2 adults to sleep. ♡ Bedroom 2 ♡ A huge master bedroom, equipped with a modernized white set of side tables with table lamps, wardrobe and queen sized bed with the exclusive addition of a dresser table for additional storage allows 2 adults to sleep in. It also includes an AC unit to modify the bedroom temperature to result in a comfortable sleeping experience. ♡ Bedroom 3 ♡ Kids will never forget their stay in this room as we have comfortable separate single new beds. There is a side table between the beds with a table lamp and a wardrobe. We have arranged toys for all the kings and princesses who come and enjoy. ♡ Living room ♡ We have a huge 55 inch, 4K TV entertainment system with your own free Netflix. In addition, two separate soft and cosy lounges with a coffee table to allow you to be relived from stress from throughout the day. This wonderland is the first room that is walked into when entering through the front door, accommodating and bringing both couples and families closer. ♡ Dining room ♡ This area has a hand carved and fully costumed circular dining table with a rotating centre. On top of that, it comes with extremely soft chairs to enjoy your meals comfortable and creating unforgettable memories with those close to you. ♡ Kitchen ♡ Cooking is a great pleasure in the full-sized designer kitchen with an extended bench top to provide extra preparation space. The well-equipped kitchen features a convenient kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and fridge to ensure your entire stay is seamless and trouble-free ♡ Shower 1 & Toilet 1 ♡ Explore two simple yet functional bathrooms, each conveniently equipped with a toilet and washbasin. The upper bathroom, in particular, features a shower room, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience ♡ Garage/patio ♡ The have a spacious alfresco area feature a table with comfortable chairs for you to enjoy your food or you can even have as a regular catch-up with the people that have accompanied with you. Additionally the versatile space double as a shaded area for your vehicles. ♡ Garden ♡ Step into our garden, where lush vegetation of banana trees and plants thrive, providing a refreshing supply of oxygen. The expansive area invites you to explore and utilize it to your enjoyment for picnics and more. Other things to note ♡ An old Queenslander house renovated to accommodate the modern living style ♡ Garden City, Griffith's Nathan Campus, and Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital are located on your doorstep ♡ A 5 minutes' drive to the bustling dining of Asian cuisine and shopping districts of Market Square and Sunnybank Plaza ♡ Take leisurely walks in the parks that are close by (Brittain park is helpfully only a 3 minute walk which also allows your pets to enjoy the refreshment of nature). ♡ Just 15 minutes south-west of Brisbane’s CBD, Heavenly Haven offers easy access to the abundant local attractions, events, restaurants, shopping centres, scenic locations and wildlife experiences at your fingertips. ♡ There are 4 steps that lead to the house's entrance, where one can take in the scenic views from above. ♡ Many regular trains, buses and Ubers nearby for the daily commute ↳ 20 minute walk to Coopers Plain train station ↳ 3-7 minute walk to nearby bus stops ♡ Camera's are located on the perimeter of the house to ensure our guests safety ♡ High-speed wireless internet for you and your companions ♡ LG 55 inch TV, which has both 4k and ultra sound with the addition of smart AI function (equipped with Netflix, Prime video and Kayo sports) ♡ Two AC’s located in the master bedroom and living room to quickly cool or warm the house to your desire ♡ Bottle of wine and soda for every guest with an abundant amount of water bottles and unlimited supply of tea, coffee and sugar to address your morning and evening wishes. ♡ You are welcome to bring your furry friend along however you must abide with the following rules. ↳ You must only bring 1 pet ↳ Any waste left by your pet/s must be cleaned thoroughly before checkout. ↳Please refrain from allowing pet/s to go on furniture, only lets pets on the floor. ↳Food bowls must in the kitchen only ♡ Main gate MUST be closed AT ALL TIMES.
