Other things to note 🏡 Important information for a peaceful stay: ❗️Non-smoking apartment: The entire apartment, including the outdoor area, must be kept completely smoke-free (the balcony is closed due to the current facade work). ❗️Quiet times: Please strictly observe the nighttime quiet period (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and the midday quiet period (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM) for peaceful coexistence. ❗️Facade work: Since the house is currently being maintained and renovated, there will be visible and audible work outdoors during the day.
