Renovated house in Creuse

Welcome to our charming Creuse house, comfortable, freshly renovated and well equipped (TV with Prime Video, WiFi, dishwasher, barbecue, baby bed, high chair, baby deckchair, games, books and magazines). In the cold season the house will be heated on arrival with the wood stove. All you have to do is keep the fire going. It is located in the countryside, quiet with private parking, close to the village where the bakery is located and 10 min from the RN145. The space Wood heating included in the price for the cold seasons. The house is located on a non-passing road, away from traffic. The independent entrance makes it easy to park two cars in the courtyard closed by a gate. A very pleasant grassy garden, wooded and well exposed, allows you to relax and enjoy the quiet of the countryside. The entrance to the house leads directly to a large living space with an open kitchen to a bright and spacious living room equipped with armchairs and sofas as well as a wood-burning stove. (Only means of heating the house) The bathroom is on the ground floor and equipped with a shower, toilet and towel dryer. You access the floor by a staircase that leads to a landing serving two independent bedrooms as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. Guest access You benefit from the entire house and a private garden with chairs and table. Other things to note The house is heated only with a wood-burning stove that you manage. The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail. We do not charge a cleaning fee and we are counting on you to leave the house clean and tidy at the time of your departure.
