The apartment is located in Opera, just outside Milan, in a green and quiet area, a few minutes from Humanitas, IEO, Scalo Milano, Unipol Forum di Assago, Unipol Dome Arena Santa Giulia — perfect for those looking for comfort and tranquility near the city. The room is bright and equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning via a portable air conditioner, cable TV and access to Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The portable air conditioner is available during the warmer months and, like many similar devices, can produce a more noticeable vibration noise when set to high power. Despite this, it ensures effective temperature regulation for maximum comfort. In milder periods, you can cool the environment by opening the windows for a natural air exchange. The room is furnished with blackout curtains and shutters to ensure optimal rest, even during the day. The accommodation includes linen, blankets, a desk with a workstation, a wardrobe for storing clothes, and an iron for every need. The private bathroom is complete with towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and hair dryer for a comfortable stay. Important note: The bathroom is for the exclusive use of guests but is not inside the room: it is adjacent, just outside the door, in the corridor. The layout is visible in the listing photos. Guests have exclusive use of the room and bathroom, but can also freely use the common areas: equipped kitchen, living room, and two balconies. For shopping, the Scalo Milano Outlet is easily accessible, while those who love events and concerts can quickly reach the Unipol Forum in Assago and the Unipol Dome Arena Santa Giulia.
