Welcome to Rugles Cocooning, a charming 300 m² house, nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside and directly overlooking the racehorse paddocks. Located in the municipality of Rugles and next to the racehorse stud farm, our house is 1 km from the shops, 10 km from L'Aigle train station and 1 hr 30 min from Paris. The space Rugles Cocooning is ideal for stays for families or groups of friends, in all seasons, to take the time to enjoy the beauty of nature and the calm of the countryside. Fully equipped inside and out, for young and old, you don't need to bring anything! Rugles Cocooning combines the charm of Norman architecture with modern comforts. It can accommodate up to 12 people, including babies who will enjoy all the adapted amenities! On the ground floor, you will find a large entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, a large dining room ideal for hosting large meals with family or friends, a living room with a large flat-screen TV, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find 6 large independent bedrooms with double beds, as well as a shower room with toilet and a dressing room / games room. Several baby cots are available. The house is fully equipped: basic products, dishes and utensils, dishwasher and tablets, oven, microwave, kettle, gas stove, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, tea towels and bath towels, hairdryer, duvets and pillows. Sheets are provided and the beds are made upon arrival. The 2000 m² wooded garden includes an equipped terrace as well as parking and a garage. An outdoor inflatable Jacuzzi is also available, on request, from April to September. You'll also find a play structure for children and bikes.
