Apartment in Chalandri

Stay in a cozy apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house in the quiet neighborhood of Chalandri. It has 2 large verandas: one with an outdoor living room and one with a table for 4 people. Enjoy movies on a 65" smart TV in the living room and a 55" in the bedroom. Ideal choice for visitors to hospitals such as Hygeia, IASO, Mitera, Iatropolis, Genesis, Symmetria, Embio, Samela. The apartment has a trial Google Home for a smarter stay. The use of the fireplace is not allowed. Ideal for comfort & relaxation! The space The apartment has been tested with google home , which makes it smart and is given the choice with commands to turn on/off lights, hot water heater ,TV,air conditioning and more. There is a double bed for a reservation of 2 people, in case of a reservation for 3 people, an extra queen size bed is placed in the living room. Other things to note It is located on the first floor of a detached house (no elevator). 1)In order to justify your accommodation here in Greece I am forced to declare both, name and passport or ID number to the tax office for every reservation in airbnb to pay the considered taxes otherwise I will get a fine. So please it would really help me to send me both of your name as written in the passport and passport number. 2)I kindly ask only if you that it is a residential area so to keep noise at the same as you would in your house.Guests should be respect the greek quiet hours which are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-7:00. 3)Phone number is mecessary 4)There is a camera at the entrance of the apartment building and in the common areas. If it is found that there are more people, there will be cancellation without refunds. No more than 2 people inside the apartment 5)Parties and events are not allowed. 6)You must have internet on the day of arrival to receive the code and instructions for check in ... if you have not let me know, I will send them to you before you come to Greece. The communication will be via chat via airbnb or whatsap chat or viber chat. 7) The apartment is on the first floor of a single-family house, there is no elevator. 8)The house has a card switch for the electricity, when you leave the air conditioners are turned off...you are not allowed to remove the card from the keys and leave the air conditioners on while you are not inside the house. 9) For safety reasons, the use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. 10)The electrical appliances and pots that are in the photos are provided ... oil, coffee, salt, pepper ...are not provided the electrical appliances and pots in the photos are provided... there is no oil ,coffee,salt ,pepper .. Thank you :) During each stay, the guest must declare their tax ID number before booking.(according to the law on short-term leases in Greece) In case of a reservation with a pet or if there are bad reviews, a deposit of 100 euros may be requested before check-in, which is returned after 2 days and if the house is in good condition and clean. there should be a correct contact number The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house (has no elevator) PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SPACE...THE HOUSE IS FOR STAY ONLY In case there is a party again or there is any gathering of people in the house that will not be related to accommodation ... there will be an immediate cancellation without any refund. The house has a power card, when you leave the air conditioners turn off... you are not allowed to take the card out of the keys and leave the air conditioners on while you are not in the house.
