Family home of the 18th century in Pomels, Naussac in a wooded park of 4000 m2 bordered by a stream. Its dovecote has been awarded the Fondation du Patrimoine label. The house will allow you to radiate in the surrounding bastides and villages. Peyrusse-le-Roc, Villeneuve d'Aveyron are 10 minutes away, Villefranche de Rouergue and Figeac are 20 minutes away, Conques, Rodez, Najac 1 hour away. Hiking trails accessible from the house. Activities in Figeac and Villefranche (kayaking, horseback riding, leisure center). The space The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people (suite for 3 people, room with double bed, room with single bed, room with 2 single beds) but for occasional visitors who are not too demanding, it will be possible to add another 4/6 people (room with double bed with acrobatic access, sofa and sofa bed in the living room). The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms with toilet (one shower and one bathtub). A large kitchen that will allow you to eat inside completes the whole. The house contains books and board games at your disposal, petanque balls as well as a baby grand piano. The spirit of the place is that of a stone house built 300 years ago. The absence of certain modern elements (air conditioning, wifi, TV...) may be a bit of a shock, or the furniture may seem rustic, you should not look for the standards of a 5-star hotel here, but rather the authenticity of a unique place, timeless. Guest access The house, in the heart of a 4000 m2 park, is accessible by a stone staircase with a few steps. Several vehicles can park at the entrance to the garden, in the shade of a large ash tree. Nearest stations in Salles-Courbatiés (4 km) and Capdenac-Gare (10 km). Trains to Toulouse (2h), Aurillac (1h30-2h) and Paris via Brive-la-Gaillarde. Other things to note Linens are not provided.
