Small authentic cottage

Come and relax in this unique and quiet authentic little chalet with stunning views of the mountains in a green setting near Annecy and the Aravis resorts. Independent gîte on two levels, 36 m² on the ground in a comfortable wooden chalet. Located on a plot of 850 m2, close to forests, pastures and at the foot of the Parmelan and marked trails for hiking. Towels are optional at 8 euros/person. 65 euros for cleaning. The space On the ground floor: living area with open equipped kitchen. TV, Bar, round table with removable tray and 4 chairs, 2 extra stools. An armchair, a sofa and two velvet stools. Shower room/toilet with window. Access to the rooms will be by two fairly steep miller's stairs (see photos) Upstairs: attic bedroom with 4 beds maximum 2 beds 90x200 and 1 bed 140x200. Sheets provided, beds made, and optional towels 8 euros per person. Please let us know before you arrive if you would like the option. Wifi access. Terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture. washer and dryer on request in the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental in the garden chalet, limited to one use per week. You can use the entire property. As well as the small hut where all the household equipment, garden chairs and the stock of pellets for the stove are located.
