(2) On the day of check-in, if the actual number of guests exceeds the number of guests you booked, or if you need to temporarily increase the number of guests, you will need to pay 5,000 JPY per person per day. Please confirm and understand. (3) If you accidentally lose the key card, you will need to pay 5,000 yen for the key card. (4) If your companion has children, please do not leave the children, and tell the children not to climb the balcony or the windows on the third floor to avoid danger. (5) Close the doors and windows when going out to prevent loss of items. Turn off the air conditioner, water, electricity, and dryer. (6) The room with a balcony on the third floor is arranged with a double bed. If you need to arrange it into two single beds, you need to inform us before check-in. If you don't inform us, we will arrange it as a double bed. (7) For bookings of six or more people, two luggage can be placed on the first floor, and the rest of the luggage needs to be taken to the second or third floor (but not very high stairs). The stairs of the Japanese single-family house are relatively narrow. Please confirm before booking.
