This house has been our family's summer and winter retreat for over half a century. Grandpa Giorgio (whose name is named) bought it at a lucky auction many years ago and since then has hosted numerous unforgettable moments of our family Today, the house is ready to welcome you during your escapes to the beautiful Legno Bridge! The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery with silence at all hours and views of the mountains. The space The house is located in the central area of Ponte di Legno, just 3 minutes from the building with a public gym. 5 minutes walk from the center, skybus stop under the house. 10 minutes walk from the departure of the Ponte di Legno - Tonale cable car (CIDA square). The 100-square-meter apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of a large living area with a living room complete with two sofas, a smart TV, a decorative fireplace, a large dining table, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a stove, a microwave, and a kettle. In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms (one with a French window opening onto the balcony) equipped with spacious wardrobes, a room with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The balcony overlooks the shared garden; there is a washer-dryer in the shared laundry room, outdoor parking for one (1) parking space. The house is accessed via a large stone staircase that leads to the garden for common use. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessed via two small flights of stairs. The tax is due per person and per night, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
