Dine inside by the warmth of the fire or head outside to soak up the sunshine alfresco style—with a BBQ and fire pit catering to summer cook-ups. Slow mornings are best enjoyed in relishing the bushland views from the sunroom’s wall-to-wall windows. Heated hydronic flooring throughout ensures it's snug and cosy all year round. Upstairs you’ll find a lofted study area, equipped with a desk, monitor and keyboard to spark productivity. The primary bedroom is also on this level—set with a queen and single bed, plus ensuite—with dreamy views over the bushland to the bay and mountains beyond. Downstairs you’ll find three more bedrooms, one with a queen, another with a double and the fourth with a bunk bed including a single on top, a double on bottom and plenty of children’s toys. The main bathroom can also be found downstairs, offering both a shower and bath plus double vanities. Additional features include a laundry with washer, slate flooring on the entry-level and timber flooring upstairs, a cubby house and off-street parking. The property is in a bush setting, so you are likely to have interaction with the local wildlife. This can be a wonderful experience however please be mindful that this is their habitat and that it is better to watch and observe than get too close or to feed them.
