Lisbon · King with a view · Café & Cinema Taxco
Description
There are views of Taxco, and there are views of Taxco. This room has the second ones. Casa Sierra Alta is a boutique hotel in the historic center, with Balboa, our café, cinema and cultural space, and a terrace from which the city can be seen as it should be seen. (by reservation) If you're going to stay in Taxco, stay well. Lisbon is the largest room in Casa Sierra Alta: a king bed, a real work space, and a view of the courtyard. With Balboa, our café and boutique cinema, just steps away, and Santa Prisca a minute away. The space Casa Sierra Alta is a neocolonial house located in the center of Taxco, above the main street. Its architecture, characteristic of the mid-20th century, adapts to the Taxquean geography with its unevenness and spaces full of character. Just a few steps away you will find the best of the city: restaurants, museums, services and the emblematic Church of Santa Prisca. More than a stay, Casa Sierra Alta is a living house, designed for those who enjoy discovering the authentic. Here time is taken calm, conversations flow, and every corner keeps a piece of history. We have swimming pool, sunny spaces and Balboa | Café Cinema, where cinema, art, and travelers naturally intersect. As a hotel home to the Taxco International Film Festival, the house breathes creativity all year round, becoming a meeting point between people, stories and looks that find in Taxco its inspiration. Guest access During your stay at Casa Sierra Alta, you will have access to all the common spaces designed to enjoy and connect with the place: 🏡 Pool: open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, ideal for relaxing after touring Taxco. ☕ Balboa | Café Cinema: our café and cultural space, where you can enjoy specialty coffee, food, art and good conversation. 🌿 Common areas: perfect for relaxing, reading, enjoying the view or socializing with other travelers. 🎬 Events and experiences: You can coincide with cultural, gastronomic or film screenings, periodically and especially if you visit during the Taxco International Film Festival, or the "Taxco de mis sabores" Gastronomic Week The rooms are private and each has its own bathroom. The shared areas are designed to make you feel at home, with the perfect balance between privacy and coexistence. Other things to note We don't have parking, but we give you suggestions to park your car at a preferential rate, forget about the car and enjoy the city.
