F & B Summer Villa Collection - Nea Irakleia

Welcome to our summer retreat Villa in Nea Iraklia, Halkidiki. Our property is located near Nea Iraklia, a village next to the sea, where you can enjoy the sandy beach, relax and soak the sun. Our 3-level house can host up to 7 guests, who will enjoy the modern decoration and the beautiful garden around the property. The house has a private entrance and parking. The space This beautiful villa consists of 3 levels. The ground floor has a relax/children playroom where the guests can take a break, watch tv and chill. At this floor there is a kitchenette with a sink and a bathroom with a washing machine. At the main part of the house, on the 1st floor there is a cozy living room with a big sofa that turns into a bed for one person. Next to the living room there is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two big single beds of 1,30m each. A few stairs take you to the second floor where you will find a full kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, washing machine, a coffeemaker and a dining table. On this floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. In addition, on this floor you will find the main bathroom of the house. This villa has a spacious balcony where you can relax and enjoy the nature. Around the house you will be able to stroll and play at the garden where you will also find some boho furniture, a barbeque and also an external shower to rinse the sand and salt after a long day at the beach. A main advantage of the villa is the covered parking spot that will keep your car away from the sun. Guest access The guests will have full access of the apartment, except of the attic.
