By The River is the top floor of a waterfront property, with accommodation for 4 people in 2 bedrooms 1 King and 1 Queen. Owner lives below. We cater for children over 10 years of age only, due to our direct waterfront, high balcony and low fences. We are 5 star rated and a “Guest Favourite” property. The space "By The River" has one Queen bedroom and one King bedroom, large luxurious bathroom including washing machine and dryer, lounge, dining and kitchen with expansive river views, leading onto an outside entertaining deck with BBQ facilities and spa. Guest access We have a motorised sliding gate to access the property with a key pad. The front gate code is to open and close the gate. Please close the gate for security each time you leave. Please park your car/s close to the Garage door, owner uses visitors car space. It is a short walk to the front door on the left side of the house, where you will use the keypad. Upon entering you will have the top level of this property consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge dining kitchen and outside entertaining deck. Other things to note We are the same property with 5 star ratings and guest favourite rank and have been hosting since 2022.
