We live in a peaceful and safe residential neighborhood, 700 meters from Glencairn Beach, 7km from from Boulders Beach and historical Simonstown and within walking distance from superb restaurants and trendy Kalk Bay with Chapmans Peak less then 2 km away The space Sunset Haven is newly finished with a open plan design and sleeps 2 persons in a standard double bed comfortably. This place is ideal for a couple's break-away or a solo traveller who is looking for a safe place from where to kick-start your vacation. The wardrobes have ample packing and hanging space. The unit has a window with a sea view and a sliding door which looks out on the swimming pool and private garden. It has a comfortable two seater sofa to enjoy long hours of watching Netflix on the smart TV. Board games and books are available for your entertainment. The kitchen has all the essentials with a large airfryer, microwave, waffle maker, egg boiler, toaster, iron, 2 plate gas hob, refrigerator, wine glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking essentials etc. Spices, coffee plunger with good quality coffee and tea-making facilities are available. Stay cool in summer and nice and cozy in winter with a modern and no noise air-conditioner. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are also available. A table with 2 ergonomic chairs are a available with high-speed Wi-Fi to make on-line work a breeze. The garden is equipped with 2 pool loungers, a 2 seater picnic table and a 2 seater cocktail/sundowner table with 2 chairs. Guests have their own private patio from where to enjoy the amazing ocean view and sights of Simonstown Harbour. Spend the whole day outside, enjoying the beautiful ocean view or dream away the time under the shade of the trees or just dive right in!! A weber is available for all your braaiing needs. Guests have unlimited and exclusive use of the garden and swimmimg pool whilsts in residence. The garden is ideal for picnics and alfresco dining or just sit amongst the trees enjoying your favorite book. Laundry service is available at an additional cost. Free parking is available in front of the main house with 24hour CCTV Camera surveillance and security. An Airport shuttle is available at an additional cost and by prior arrangement. Guest access Sunset Haven is detached with its own private entrance. Guests have their own private patio and exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool. The hosts may access the garden for maintenance purposes. Sunset Haven is accessible by 23 steps. Sunset Haven is not conducive for people living with disabilities due to the steps. Assistance with luggage is provided if necessary. Early drop-off of luggage is also accommodated. Sunset Haven has an alarm installed and 24 hour security. The parking is off street or on street, immediately outside the main house with 24 hour CCTV camera surveillance. There is no cost for parking or camera surveillance. Anything further afield an Uber, private charter and shuttle services is just a call away. Sunset Haven is a few meters away from the scenic Elsies Peak mountain and easy hiking trails, and 3 kilometers away from Silvermine Nature reserve. Both Silvermine Nature reserve and Elsies Peak are ideal for short day hikes. Short day hikes could be arranged at additional costs. Transport to the City Bowl and airport transfers could also be arranged at an additional cost. Cape Town International Airport is 33 kilometers or 21 miles away from Sunset Haven.
