The kitchen proceeds with an interior window that reveals the natural rock in which the house was built. The 40m2 terrace, partially covered, is equipped with a sauna, jacuzzi and a dining area, ideal for alfresco dining in any weather. With its stylish design and modern amenities, this apartment offers comfort and serenity. - Relaxation area - The 40m2 terrace offers stunning mountain views and has a hot tub that can accommodate up to 4 people. The water heated to between 35 and 38 degrees allows you to enjoy the hot tub even in the middle of winter while taking in the scenery. The hot tub, covered with an elegant bright blue mosaic, adds a touch of luxury to the whole. Inside, two reclining seats are available to stretch out and relax to the fullest. Without vis-à-vis, you can enjoy this moment of relaxation in complete privacy, no matter the time of day. In addition, the terrace is covered, allowing you to use the jacuzzi even in the rain. A high-end wooden sauna is also available outside, creating a perfect combination with the hot tub for incomparable moments of well-being. The water in the hot tub is treated with a bromine-based disinfectant. People who are allergic or sensitive to bromine are advised to take appropriate precautions before use. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire interior of the villa's ground floor as well as the terrace, including the Jacuzzi and sauna located on the terrace. That's why we kindly ask you to respect the check-in (from 4 PM) and check-out (before 12 PM) times. - We are very concerned about the peace and quiet of our neighbors. For the well-being of all, please limit noise and do not play music on the terrace. In order to preserve the tranquility, a sound monitoring device is installed, which sends an alert when laughter or voices exceed a certain level continuously.
