The interior, with its Japanese touches, creates a Zen atmosphere, perfect for unwinding as a couple or with family. Booking possible for a family (4 to 5 people). For a group of friends, maximum 2 people. The space 60 m² apartment, located on the ground floor of this villa, offers a warm and comfortable setting. The living room with a large bay window offers stunning views of the Dent de Crolles and opens onto the terrace, creating beautiful continuity with the outside. A separate space accommodates a bunk bed, perfect for two or three children. The 13 m² master bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, also has direct access to the private terrace with jacuzzi and sauna. The kitchen has an interior window that reveals the natural rock in which the house was built. The 40 m² terrace, partially covered, is equipped with a sauna, jacuzzi and dining area, ideal for alfresco dining in all weather conditions. With its elegant design and modern amenities, this apartment offers comfort and serenity. - Relaxation area - The 40 m² terrace offers stunning mountain views and has a hot tub that can accommodate up to 4 people. The water heated to between 35 and 38 degrees allows you to enjoy the jacuzzi even in the middle of winter while admiring the scenery. The hot tub, covered with an elegant luminescent blue mosaic, adds a touch of luxury to the whole. Inside, two reclining seats are available to fully stretch out and relax. Without being overlooked, you can enjoy this moment of relaxation in complete privacy, no matter what time of day. In addition, the terrace is covered, allowing you to use the jacuzzi even in the rain. A premium wooden sauna is also available outside, creating a perfect combination with the Jacuzzi for incomparable moments of well-being. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire interior of the villa's ground floor as well as the terrace, including the Jacuzzi and sauna located on the terrace. Other things to note - The place is great for families (up to 5 people) or couples. To preserve the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood, we unfortunately cannot accommodate groups of friends of more than 2 people. - A parking space is reserved for you in the parking lot. - A very important point for the Jacuzzi: To preserve the quality of the water and the proper functioning of the filters, we ask that you do not enter the Jacuzzi after applying oil (body or sun). The oils clog the filtration system and force us to carry out a complete cleaning (drainage, water replacement). In case of forgetting, we would unfortunately be forced to charge you a service fee of €60 covering this exceptional intervention. - To ensure a perfectly clean and prepared accommodation, our cleaning team follows a precise schedule. That's why we kindly ask you to respect the check-in (from 4 p.m.) and check-out (before 12 p.m.) times. - We care a lot about the peace and quiet of our neighbors. For the well-being of all, please limit noise, and do not play music on the terrace.
