"08 Pablo" on the Maps app, within a gated, private compound called Ramiro Compound. There are multiple businesses outside the compound like bakeries, a laundry shop, mini market and many more. Distance: 🛬Laguindingan Airport 36km 🏢SM Uptown 4km 🏢SM Downtown 4.6km 🏢Limketkai Center 4.7km The space 🔹️Two airconditioned bedrooms, and airconditioned living area, one bathroom property located in a private compound. Spacious living area with portable fan and kitchen with ceiling fan. All rooms are on the grpund floor. Comfortably sleeps 5, excess fees apply. 🔹️Only authorized guests in the original booking are allowed to stay. Valid IDs required. Additional person 4 years old and above, (max of 4) requires additional fee of P280/person per overnight stay subject to the approval of the host. Early check in / late check out is allowed depending on availability ( if there are no incoming guests or current guests) for P150/ hour. 🔷️Free parking for 1 vehicle only. Additional vehicle fee: P200/night. Guest access 🔅Guests can use the entire first floor except the room up the stairs where the owners keep their personal belongings. 🔅Please ask permission if you want to have visitors over. 🔅The property is for the use of registered guests only. Visitors are subject to the approval of the host since unregistered guests are not included in insurance and more people would cause more wear and tear to the property. 🔅Subject to approval, visitors can only stay until 10pm. Non compliance is cause for eviction. 🔅Guests can park 1 vehicle for free. Additional vehicles may park for P200/night. Other things to note ✅️Please take note before booking that this is a residential property and everyday noise is expected like roosters crowing, birds chirping, dogs barking and the occasional loud music playing from other houses though not in the compound. ✅️Valid IDs of all guests are required after booking sent thru Airbnb messages before we send the smartdoor passcode. ✅️This is a very safe place. The people living in the compound are my relatives. ✅️Laundry shop and other small businesses outside the compound. ✅️There is NO option for a HOT SHOWER. ✅️Guests in excess of 5 will be charged an additional fee of P280/night. ✅️Unregistered guests are NOT ALLOWED.
