My place is close to ALES and ANDUZE, 45 km from NÎMES and 70 km from MONTPELLIER. 1 hour from Mont Aigoual. You'll love my place because of the location, the views, and the quiet. The pool has been part of the rental since 2024. It has been secured for this purpose, to be shared with the owners. The space 100 m2 single-family home, parking, garden, pergola. living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 with 160 X200 bed for 2 people. 1 with 2 90 X 190 beds for 2 children or 1 couple. & 120 X 190 sofa bed in the living room for 1 or 2 people. Fully furnished, linens provided. Guest access detached house with parking and garden. Entrance via electric gate. You have a remote control. Other things to note Check-in and check-out are in the presence of the owner. The number of guests must match the online booking. Tours are forbidden. The pool is shared with the owners. We make sure to respect the tranquility. The house has no air conditioning, but it is well insulated and there are fans in all rooms. For mosquitoes, there's nothing we can do!!
