Sleeping arrangements include four comfortable bedrooms: One king bedroom Two queen bedrooms One bunk room with a double bed and single above, ideal for families Outside, guests can enjoy two outdoor seating and dining areas perfect for al fresco meals while taking in the lake views. The property offers direct lake access, kayaks for guest use (please bring your own life jackets for hygiene reasons), and a private jetty where boats can be securely moored during your stay. A nearby public boat ramp makes launching easy. The property includes an indoor swimming pool. Please note: this is a swimming pool, not a spa or jacuzzi. Optional pool heating is available on request with prior notice and temperature may vary depending on weather conditions. This property is well cared for and intended for respectful use. 2. The home must be left in a reasonably tidy condition at checkout. 3. Excessive mess, additional cleaning, waste removal, or BBQ cleaning beyond standard turnover will be charged at cost. 4. Any damage, breakages, or missing items will be charged at replacement or repair cost. 5. Extra guests, parties, or events are not permitted and may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the stay. 6. Guests are responsible for any call-out fees or costs arising from misuse of amenities (including pool equipment). 7.
