The House under the Trees: duplex, garden & spa

Nestled in a charming village in Touraine, at the foot of a forest and backed by a tuffeau wall housing wine cellars, this former barn has been carefully transformed into a spacious and bright duplex where everything is designed for your well-being: a warm interior, terrace, and jacuzzi. The space Bright and independent duplex house, it is adjacent to a wine grower's house (where we live). It covers 47m² and is ideal for 2 to 4 people (or 2 adults + 2 children). It consists of a living room with a dining table, a convertible sofa for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and on the upper floor, an open bedroom with sleeping space for 2 people. A shower room and separate toilets complete the house. The large bay window in the living room opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue, as well as the rest of the garden that we will share. Finally, you will have access to the large heated jacuzzi available year-round. 🧸 Kids Friendly: Families with children are welcome: a travel cot, high chair, children's games, and a stair gate are available upon request. You can easily park your bikes or two-wheelers within the house. Towels and bed linen are provided. A small grocery supply, hygiene, and cleaning products are also available to start your stay. Guest access Located in the heart of the village of Pocé-sur-Cisse, the location is perfect: 🚊 Just 5 minutes by car from the Amboise train station. Situated on the Paris-Nantes line, it is accessible from Orléans, Blois, Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, Tours, etc. You can also travel with your bike on this line. 🚘 We are 10 minutes from the highway exit (Amboise / Château Renault toll) of the A10, which connects Paris, Orléans, Tours, and Bordeaux. Nearby shops and amenities: 🥐 Bakery and pharmacy just 2 minutes away, several supermarkets within 5 minutes, and the Amboise market on Fridays and Sundays.
