Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this home is your ideal base for a memorable getaway. Guest access Maximum car spaces available is 3 and the Council and neighbours are very strict on this. When you plan your trip with us you must comply with this car limit. Need to check in early or leave later? We do offer flexibility with check ins and check out depending on availability, and a fee of $30 per hour will apply. Failure to check out on time will result in a nightly rate being charged to you. Other things to note Information Regarding booking with us: - Upon booking with us, you will be required to send us through a copy of legally verifiable photographic ID (i.e.- licence or passport). You will receive an email upon booking asking for these details. Your ID must match your booking details. Note that you will not be given access to the property unless this information is provided and you will be asked to cancel your booking. Rules to note: - No parties, events or loud noises that may cause disruption to the neighbours.  - No smoking inside property.  - No pets on property.  - Limit of 3 cars on the property. Do not park on neighbours nature strip as this is not permitted by the Council. - No moving furniture around as this may result in damage to furniture and additional cleaners cost that will be under your liability.  - The house has stairs upon entry and throughout the premise so please keep this in mind when booking. - Pool safety is your responsibility and we are not liable for any injuries incurred whilst you are using the pool. By booking with us you agree to abide by safe pool protocols and that children are not left unattended at any time. We have external cameras and if you are found to have brought a pet or have a party you can have your booking immediately cancelled and face additional cleaning charges in excess of $1000.
