Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants. Other things to note According to Greek legislation, Government Gazette A' 198 of Law 5162/2024 (amendment of Law 4514/2018), the Climate Resilience Fee (TAKK) is paid. This tax is paid in cash by the customer at check-in or check-out. This tax is calculated at €8.00 per night and cannot be paid before arrival.
