Amazing location in a quiet residential neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Portland. The perfect launching pad for all that Portland offers: great restaurants, food trucks, and the great outdoors. Just one hour from the Oregon coast, Mt. Hood and Columbia Gorge recreational areas, and the famous Willamette Valley Vineyards. When done exploring, kick back and relax in our comfortable and stylish space. This home is set up with our guests' comfort in mind. We can't wait to host you! The space Our Airbnb rental is in a duplex in a quiet residential neighborhood- just a few miles from the city center. Easy access to the mountains or beach - just about 90 minutes in either direction. Recently the home was updated from top to bottom with our future guests in mind. We are set up to provide a great night’s sleep. We have super comfy mattresses, high count cotton sheets and fluffy down comforters and pillows. Each bathroom is stocked with thick cotton towels, soaps and shampoo. Take a long shower or soak in the tub - you have access to both! Here for work, we have a nice work space set up in the primary bedroom with task lighting and a large desk. Or you can spread out in the dining room. High speed internet is available throughout the home. If you need to do a load of laundry, we have a washer and dryer on site and plenty of soap. A small iron and ironing board are also on site to freshen up your packed clothes. Our home is a great place to connect with your local family and feel like part of the community. We are located walking distance from Portland’s prestigious St Vincent’s Hospital and our home is the perfect place to support a loved one or recuperate after surgery before heading home. The hospital is a very short drive or walk away. Nearby sports venues (10 minutes): Providence Park, EVERGREEN CURLING CLUB, Portland Rock Gym - Beaverton, Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center, and Multnomah Athletic Club. This is not a party house or a place for large gatherings. We are respectful of our full time residents and have quiet hours in place from 10 pm - 7 am. Also note, we have a ring doorbell installed. Guest access We have a smart lock and personal code will be sent 24 hours before check in. Other things to note Guests are required to complete our Guest Information Sheet at booking. We follow up with a welcome email that covers the area and home in detail. Entrance instructions arrive 24 hours in advance of arrival. Guests who violate our no-party or large gatherings will be asked to leave without refund.
