LOWER APARTMENT - Single floor living (Main floor apartment is separately listed) One of London’s oldest desirable neighbourhoods. Walk down Lambeth’s old town shopping-restaurant strip. Basement apartment features; living room with 50" TV and fireplace, full kitchen with bar seating for 3, two bedrooms, full washroom with a single all-in-one laundry unit. Entertainment package; unlimited fast WiFi, Amazon Prime Video, streaming stick. The space Legal lower apartment with separate entrance, separate driveway (off Campbell Rd), and a separate private patio. *Extensive fire, safety and soundproofing work was done to provide the safest and most private spaces for our guests. Height under most ceilings is over 7 ft. Under bulkheads height is 6' - 6'5". * Central heating+a/c is shared with both apartments. Host can control temps remotely. We try to keep everyone comfortable, there is also an electric fireplace and a portable heater. Guest access Park on the separate driveway off of Campbell Rd. Enter through the back door with keypad entry. Other things to note The main floor will be booked as a separate contained apartment. Extensive fire and soundproofing measures were taken. Legal suites conform to city guidelines. We provide yard maintenance including grass, leaves and snow clearing. The city will plow the main road. Guests are provided a shovel and salt for their own use as well. Starter products will be provided upon check-in, however longer stays are responsible for consumables. Please pick up after your pets.
