There is no garage access at this home. Other things to note This property is professionally managed by Host Homes. • BATHROOMS The upstairs bathroom has a tub only with toilet and sink, the other bathroom has a shower only with toilet and sink. • PETS Pets are not allowed at this property due to the homeowner having severe allergies and asthma. There is a $750 deep cleaning fee, that will be charged to the card on file, if there has been discovered to have been a pet at the property. • NOISE & MUSIC Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We do not have speakers at the property and we do not allow speakers of any kind to be brought. We want to remain good neighbors and ask that you respect the noise policy and follow the quiet time hours see by the town. • A/C & HEAT This is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long. • STAIRS This property features multiple levels and stairs, so we ask that children be supervised at all times for their safety. Guests should remain mindful and use caution throughout the home to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. • CAMERAS A forward-facing camera is located at the front entrance to monitor the exterior perimeter. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any of the private backyard spaces, ensuring your stay remains private. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above, including the guest policy.
