Villa Milica - Ljuta

The old stone house from the first half of the XVIII century is located in the small fashionable town of Ljuta, in the heart of the Bay of Kotor. Villa Milica was completely renovated in 2024 and decorated by merging modern interior solutions, with monumental stone walls centuries old. There are two bedrooms on the second level. Each has its own bathroom. One room has a large double bed, while in the other two are single beds, of 90 cm wide, which can be joined also into a spacious dubble size bed. There are lovely views of the mountains and the sea from every room, which leaves no one indifferent. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The third level is the pearl of this house, which in all its surface is a large master room with a spacious double bed, 70 cm high. From it, through the large glass doors, which lead to the balcony, watch at night by cruise ships and yachts that sail into the bay, and in the morning the calm sea and the first rays of the sun. They are notable in this part and the remains of an old fire pit, which connect the present, with past times. The cozy modern bathtub, located right next to the window of the third level bathroom, offers another unforgettable view, as well as moments of tranquility and relaxation. A laundromat is also available to guests, with a washer and dryer, as well as space to park a vehicle.
