Villa Milica

This historic stone house from the first half of the 18th century is located in the charming seaside village of Ljuta, in the heart of the Bay of Kotor. Villa Milica was fully renovated in 2024, beautifully blending modern design with centuries-old stone walls. This area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable seating area. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a bed where one person can comfortably sleep. The space also features a large 75-inch flat-screen TV with direct access to streaming platforms such as Netflix and YouTube. A guest toilet is also located on this level. Bedrooms On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom features a large double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm wide) that can be joined together to form a spacious double bed if needed. Both bedrooms offer beautiful views of the mountains and the sea, and each room is equipped with air conditioning and a TV. Master Bedroom The third level is the highlight of the house, featuring a large master bedroom that occupies the entire floor. It includes a spacious double bed (70 cm high) and large glass doors leading to a balcony. From here, guests can watch cruise ships and yachts entering the bay at night, and enjoy the peaceful sea and first rays of sunshine in the morning. Remains of the original historic fireplace can still be seen here, connecting the present with the house’s past. The bathroom on this level includes a modern bathtub positioned by the window, offering another beautiful view and a perfect place to relax. Garden The house also features a spacious front garden with outdoor seating, ideal for light meals, morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening. Laundry Guests have access to a laundry area equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer. Parking A parking space for a vehicle is available for guests. Internet High-speed internet is available throughout the entire house, making it suitable both for work and for enjoying your favorite movies and series. Other things to note The immediate vicinity of Kotor, a city that belongs to the world cultural heritage and is under the protection of UNESCO, makes many cultural sights easily accessible, as well as activities such as shopping and visiting excellent restaurants.
