Melody of Love is an accessible, cozy ranch home just inside the village limit of Penn Yan. Approximately 30 minutes to Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Canandaigua. We are surrounded by dozens of wineries, amazing state parks, beautiful lakes and waterfalls, farms, shopping, and much more. The interior of our home was completely upgraded during an aging in place renovation to include wider hallways, 36-inch doors, toilet grab bars, and a threshold free shower. A ramp allows for step free entrance. The space Enter through the French doors at the front of the house using your own personal code for the Schlage keypad lock. You will enter the great room, an open space with the living room, dining area, and kitchen. To your right is a short hallway that open to two king bedrooms. Straight ahead is another short hallway that leads to the bathroom and a queen bedroom. To your left is a door to the utility room where there are a washer and dryer available for guest use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house which includes a great room with living room, dining area, and kitchen, a utility room with laundry, and 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen). Guests are also welcome to enjoy the porch and the lawn. Other things to note This was an existing home renovated with principles of aging in place. It does NOT meet ADA standards. Prospective guests should carefully consider the provided photos and contact the host with any specific questions in order to determine if the house will meet their specific needs.
