The Bay Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch-style home, and is a short distance away from Giants Neck Beach, Rocky Neck State Park and Niantic. The living room has a sleeper sofa, making it possible to accommodate 6 people Our fast WIFI and spacious dining room is ideal for anyone looking for a change of scenery and need to work from home. The space The Bay Cottage has just been updated, and is ideal for family gatherings and relaxing gateways with friends, with comfortable accommodation for 6 people. The cottage has 3 private bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a partially fenced-in backyard. The queen mattress is thin and will be ideal to accommodate children or temporary guests. We have a little cart that can help you bring stuff down to the beach. Our driveway can hold 2 cars comfortably. Guests are also allowed to park their vehicles on the front of the property area if they have an additional vehicle. Other things to note Our property is ideal for a peaceful relaxing stay and is centrally located for exploring the local beaches. Parties, gatherings, or celebrations that create excessive noise are not allowed at this property. Please be mindful of noise past 10 p.m. due to the proximity of our neighbors and that the noise easily amplifies. Smoking. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in an additional cleaning charge of $500. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21. Lawn Care. We have a professional landscaper who comes on a scheduled basis. It should not disrupt your visit but know it will occasionally occur when guests are present. Please deposit all trash & recycling in the cans on site.
